MANCAT MONDAY WITH DANTE AND DYLAN: HE MAY BE HEAVY, BUT HE'S MY BROTHER!

Just for the record, Dante weighs in at 21.5 lbs. and Dylan around 16.  So they're both relatively heavy.  But more importantly, Dante and Dylan are brothers, and what do brothers do?  They look out for each other.

Here is Dante looking out for Dylan.

"Ware are yoo bro?"

 And here is Dylan looking out for Dante.

"I kin hear yoo, but I cant see yoo.  Ware did yoo go?"

 Once they found each other, they are still constantly looking out for one another.

And sometimes they just look out together!

DOMINO AND DANTE: A MATTER OF PURRSPECTIVE

Domino and Dante are out in the back; Domino on deck and Dante on the patio.  With Domino in the foreground she appears larger than life -- of course it's all a matter of PURRspective!

 Domino takes a bath while Dante stands guard.

"Ears to us!" declares Domino. 

 Domino has her way, and Dante has his.  "Itsa two-way street", says Domino (even though they're in the back yard).

 What's left?

 "Our enduring FURiendship", says Domino.  

"I'll stands behind dat!", says Dante.

 "Most of da time, we sees fings da same way" says Domino.

 "I seconds dat!" says Dante.

"From my PURRspective", says Domino "it's all about FURiendship, loyalty an' trust.  I trusts yoo feels da same, dear Dante."

Being a mancat of few words, he simply says "Ditto!"

THURSDAY WITH DYLAN: GETTING A GOOD LOOK WHILE LOOKING GOOD!

Dylan was standing at the back patio door.  I had opened the screen so he could go out, but he's always afraid I'm going to close it again , so he stayed in the kitchen.

I just love Dylan's expressions.  None moreso than when he is focused on something.

There's something out there that is clearly intriguing!

 Dylan's eyes are opened wide.

 He leans forward to get an even closer look.

Yup, you've got to hand it to Dylan.  Not efurryone can get a good look and be so good lookin' at the same time.  It requires years of PURRactice and a certain sophistiCATion, but in the end the EYES have it!

TUXY TUESDAY WITH DOMINO: POSE AND REPOSE!

Domino was busy doing her neighbourhood rounds when these pictures were captured.  My friend and neighbour, Susan, was visiting at the time and trotted across the street after her to get some closer shots.

This little roadside garden belongs to our mutual neighbours.  They are veteran gardeners and have extensive beds both front and back.  Even this small corner of their front yard is all SPRUCED up as you can see.  Later on, there will be flowers blooming in this spot, but for now Domino is lending her transitory beauty to the scene.

Domino treats our neighbours' proPURRties as if they were her own (because indeed she believes they are).

Always one to mug for the camera, Domino stares directly into the lens as she relaxes into position.

Ah!  This mound of dirt is very comfy ...

... and quite FURRagrant, too!

Domino is nothing if not down to earth!

She's going to have a little nap and dream of POSIES!

TUXY TUESDAY WITH DOMINO: BARBIE DOLL!

After yesterday, Domino was really looking forward to having 'Tuxy Tuesday' all to herself.

 "I'm out heer in da Peanut GAL-lery.  Yup, it's jus' us girls today!"

 "O NOES!!!"

"How dares yoo!" exclaims Domino.

"Yoo is introodin' on my post!  Today is fur tuxy cats onleh.  Is yoo a tuxy cat?  I fink not.  Is yoo a ladycat?   Defunitly not!!!  Yoo is a big lunk and yoo is stealin' my thundah.  I will deels wif yoo latah .. but for rite now    

I'm GONE!" declares an incensed Domino.

 "Bye GONE!" says Dante who is willing to let bygones be bygones.

 Still fuming, Domino makes her way over to the barbecue.

 Although Domino is very little, she certainly has a big PURRSona.  In an attempt to find a place where mancats will not follow she has decided to 'throw a little shrimp on the BARBIE'.

"Ahhhh!", says Domino.  Dat's more like it!"

"Now yoo may worship me.  I'm reeleh into I-DOLL-atry, speshully when I yam da DOLL!"

Isnt' she the cutest Barbie Doll you've ever seen?

This has turned out to be a pretty great Tuxy Tuesday after all.
