It's not that Dylan could not follow her, but it gives Domino a HEAD start as well as an easy escape route.
Domino is so much lighter on her feet and quicker than Dylan, who has only attained his beige belt in defencive tactics.
Domino, on the other paw, sports her black belt very proudly.
The other advantage of a defencive cattitude is that she can see what's happening both near and far. And once the coast is clear ...
... Domino exits stage left. "Sayanara suckah!, says she.

You have a great defence, Domino! Now if only I had a good place to get away from Binga... she goes EVERYWHERE I do!

THose are great defensive moves!
Hooraay Domino! The best defence is a good off fence!
Dylan needs a beige CORSET, MOL!
Wonderful moves! We love your humor!
Wendy, this is Callie (a.k.a Trouble) here. Mommie has tried to create Sassy and I some avatars like you do, but either she is using the wrong program or she is just really, really bad at it (I vote for bad!) The avatars she created did not look ANYTHING like us. Can you maybe do a how-to post? We love the ones you have done for other kitties!
Domino is our hero!
Domino is smarter than Joy who lets herself get cornered! Candy's pretty good at planning an escape route! That Domino is really talented!
