3-D CATS IN HATS ON A SUNNY SATURDAY!

The 3-Ds are quite the fashion icons.  They think hats are the ultimate accessory.

Dante is pretty in black and pink with his amazing embroidered flatcap and garden-inspired bowtie. His lepidoptera fans are even fooled by it, as one of them has alighted in the middle of the bowtie thinking it's some sort of bloom.

"Pawt of bein' a fashun Icon is takin' risks", declares Dante.  "If Icon do it, so con yoo!"

Dylan's looking quite handsome in his striped orange straw fedora with dotted band.  He has chosen a similarly-hued bowtie to pair with it.  The rustic orange seems to have attracted some bees.

Dylan, like Austin Powers, just hopes they will BEEhave!

Domino is stunning in her white and teal hat with feathered band.  She has selected a gorgeous silver and teal-toned filigree heart necklace to coordinate with it.  (Biggify to see it in detail.)

She has been known to be quite the dragon ladycat, which is PURRhaps why she attracts dragonflies. Or maybe they just think she can provide them with some CATmouflage!   "Mee-ow!!"

THE DYLAN DIGEST (aka DYLAN DIGESTED)!

Dylan's modesty is written all over his face.

 He wonders why I keep taking his picture!

 He is total unaware of his unique beauty.

 So, I try to do him justice and I must have succeeded because ...

... he's now hanging in an actual gallery!

3-D CATS IN THEIR SPRING/SUMMER HATS!

The 3-Ds are enjoying wearing their spring/summer hats.  It sure beats those heavy winter ones!

 Dylan's got on his butterfly cap with denim peak, and coordinating neckerchief.  "Is good fur huntin' buttahflies", says he.  And, it must be true because if he follows his nose he'll find one without any effort at all.

"Da only fing I don't like is buttahflies in my stomack" remarks he.

"Doan worry, liddle buttahfly, I'm not gonna eat ya -- I swear!"

Domino is glorious in her gold summer hat complete with decorative dandelion.  She also picked one to attach to her necklace.  As if that wasn't enough, she is daintily strolling through a patch of those same yellow flowering weeds!

But pretty soon dandelion season will be over.  Then what will she do?

There are so many flowers in the garden that she can "take her pick"!  With such an array of colours, what will she choose next?

Dante's dappurr in his orange straw fedora and matching bowtie.  His bowtie (with its very own pair of wings) makes him 'mews' over the butterflies that are fluttering about.

"Well, if you can't beat 'em, join 'em" declares he.  "I'm jus' gonna wing it!"  And so he does.

DANTE AND DYLAN: TOGETHER AGAIN OR NOT!

Dante and Dylan are often together, especially in the evening when they habitually commune on the rug in the foyer.

However, here they are silently communicating on the back deck.  It provided me with the opportunity to take a few endearing pictures and to telePATHETICally listen in on their conFURsation.

 "Hey, bro!" says Dante.

 "Let's haff a liddle TET-A-TET."

"Wot's a TET-A-TET?" asks Dylan. 

 "It means let's tawk about gettin' yoor big head outta my pichur!" retorts Dante.

"How's dis?" asks Dylan. 

"Jus' a liddle bit more to da left" says Dante.  "Den yoo'll be totully out of it."

As usual, Dante is batting a thousand!

DOMINO'S SUNDAY STROLL

Domino had a brief stroll in the back yard earlier today.

After rustling through the underbrush, she emerged no worse for the wear, but wearing a twig on her back!

 She decided to sit for a spell.  "D-O-M-I-N-O, that's me!" says she.

 And then she took another brief PAWS just to pose for me quite picturesquely.

And she is, indeed, pretty as a picture, n'est-ce-PAW?
