3-D CATS IN HATS ON A SNOWY SATURDAY!

The 3-Ds are all outside dressed in their winter best.

Domino's all bundled up in raccoon fur.  "Doan worreh", says she to her little raccoon furiend. "It's only faux fur me!"

"Fo fur reely warms my heart!"

Dylan's got on his olive khaki faux-fur-lined trappurr hat along with a swish coordinating olive and blue striped scarf.  His squirrel furiend definitely approves!

  "I'm reely into olives, myself!"

Dante's wearing his fafurite striped sweater and a rust-coloured suede cabbie hat to keep his ears warm.

"Ears to yoo, buddy!", say his rabbit furiends.

DYLAN'S SITTING PRETTY!

Dylan's such a pretty boy in almost every SITuation ...

 ... but especially when he's SITTING!

"I feels more at ease wen I'm SITuated on my butt!", affirms he.

"Becuz wen I'm standin', I feels like I has no choice but to BUTT OUT!"

Dylan's logic is hard to dispute.

DOMINO: A STUDY IN CONTRASTS

There's nothing quite so sharp in contrast as Domino's predominantly black coat against the crisp white snow.

 She certainly makes a statement, and doesn't even have to say anything!

The bare brown branches of the winter bushes add yet another element of variation. 

 The brown makes Domino's black all the more vivid.

Of course nothing is ever just black or white -- there are always the shades inbetween.  

That's why Domino in winter makes such a great study.

3-D FEBRUARY PORTRAITS: THE WAY FORWARD

The 3-Ds haven't been outside much in January, but they are each looking forward to some milder weather in February.

 Dante's not only looking forward, but he's looking out, too!

"Yoo hasta watch out fur fallin' iciculls", warns he.

Domino's looking forward as calmly as can be.

She takes a PAWSitive stance.  "Febyouary always PAVES da way fur Spring!" 

Dylan's looking forward enthusiastically.

"EYE is keepin' my EYES peeled", he says.  "EYE jus' hopes dey doan freeze!"

3-D CATS IN HATS ON THE LAST FRIDAY IN JANUARY

The 3-Ds are out and about in their new winter hats and coordinating scarves.  It's been rather cold lately, so they must bundle up to keep warm.

The birds have turned green with envy over Domino's stylish green felt cloche hat with brown satin band and purple feathers.  She has paired it with a Harry Potteresque green striped scarf.

"Ooooooh, Aaaaaaaah!"

 Dylan is a real hoot in his striped owl toque and multi-hued neckwarmer.  His owl buddy gives this outfit a very high rating.

"Owlaylooya brothah!"

Dante's out hunting in his new brown leather trapper hat with geometric copper lining and sparkly brown knit scarf.  He has the eyes of a hawk, so his prey should be very wary.

"Peek-a-boo.  I see yoo!"
