As much as my mancats help to keep tresPUSSers away from our property, they are just as likely to commit the same infraction, themselves. Although, I think they want to believe that our neighbour's property belongs to them as well, in their hearts they know it's not true.
Here, my surveillance camera caught them in the act!
(Biggify to see their guilty looks)
Of their guilt, there is no doubt. Now what should be their punishment?

caught red pawed!
Dylan and Dante shouldn't be blamed - there was no notice telling them not to poop there!

Uh oh, you've been caught out, but we all know that the grass is always greener....
I think being outed is punishment enough...
We think you boys definitely look a little guilty there!
Sweet Pea also thinks our neighbour's balconies (they join with hers) and gets a little angry when one of the neighbours is on their own balcony! Thankfully they have become quite fond of her!
Extra treats for being so brave as to venture out into dangerous territory! That's the "punishment." LOL.
I'm thinking Domino should have a stern talk with them. That'll teach 'em!

Punishment!? Who says the neighbor's yard doesn't belong to them? Just because the human doesn't own a certain piece of property, it does not mean it cannot belong to the cat. It's a Cat Rule.
These photos must be faked!
You mean we cat's don't own EFFURYTHING?

Punish them with scritches, kisses and treats! A pinch of catnip would also be fair punishment.(Pssst, Dylan and Dante, I got your back guys....Noll)
We second the idea that since everything belongs to kitties, they should be allowed everywhere. In any case, at least they are nice enough to protect the neighbors property.
We have trespussers but we don't get to trespuss ourselves, hahameow!
