Each of my 3-Ds is rife with cattitude, but today, on Tuesday, they also have plenty of HATtitude!
Domino is wearing a fancy red cowgirl hat with beaded band, and a jingly silver necklace with red beads to go with it. She has also tied a red scarf around her dainty wrist, just so she could be 'reddy' for anything. Her cardinal friends showed up to support her 'reddiness'. "Go red!", they chirp.
Dylan is sporting a taupe and red plaid Catsby cap and a bowtie that punches up the more muted tones of his hat. It's fall and it's apple-picking time, so Dylan has enlisted the help of his little chippie friend, though I think more will get eaten that way!
"Cheeky liddle devil!"
Dante's selected a rust and green tweed flatcap with a suede top, and, of course, a coordinating bowtie with emphasis on the rust. He is carrying a very unique walking stick which has a carved wooden snake on the stick itself and a chipmunk on top. I don't think he'll be attracting much wildlife anytime soon! "Is good fur a kwiet walk in da woods", says he.
It's officially fall, and the 3-Ds have broken out their fall attire for the occasion!
Here they are in all of their autumnal glory ...
Domino has chosen her Louis Vuitton tan felt and feather cloche hat. She added an autumn-coloured scarf with amber broach for that extra little flare. And the LV bracelet just finesses this outfit to purrfection. At least the squirrel is nuts about it!
Dylan is sporting his brown and red-checked wool flatcap with bowtie to accent the fall hues. He has also borrowed one of his Daddy's best timepieces so that he can keep a 'watch' on that squirrel!
Dante is wearing a brown and blue plaid cap with a colour-coordinated bowtie. He has, on loan from Daddy as well, a very fine fancy watch in gold with brown strap. He is being very careful not to damage it, especially since the alarm is set for suppurr-time!
Dylan, Domino and Dante waited until Thursday to hat up because of Domino's birthday celebrations. Today, they are all in fine form in their finery, as purr usual.
Dylan's in a taupe hat with red stripes and brown band. He has paired this with a funky deep red bowtie with skulls and crossbones. Unfortunately, Dylan's run into the mother of all moths who is sending some of her minions his way despite the Danger Warning on his tie. Looks like Dylan's going to have to break out the mothballs any moment now!
Domino is gorgeous in this gold wide-brimmed woven hat accented with green florals. Her pearl ivory and green illusion necklace fairly floats about her dainty neck.
It appears that she has attracted a number of dragonflies today, which is quite appropriate actually, given that she considers herself quite the Dragon Ladycat.
"So drag yoor liddle asses on ovah heer!", commands Domino. "Crunchy snacks is my fafurite!"
Dante, who is wearing a suede dusty-rose fedora trimmed in pale gray and accented with a feather, feels a little more kindly towards his winged friend, the butterfly. "If dey wuz bees, I'd beefriend dem, but since dey're buttahflies I'm jus' gonna buttah dem up!", says he.
"Go ahead an' has sum -- yoo'll like it, it's creemy!"
